The team comprising of talented eminent individuals like Shri Harish Pai the renowned restoration artist / Architect, Manipal, ShriKailash Rao. Architect, Manipal, Purshotham Adve the well-known artist / activist Udupi, Smt Deepika Shetty HOD,Dept. of Architecture, MIT, Manipal, and Shri Nandakishore K.R. Lighting designer / film maker Bangalore. Udupi Nirmithi Kendra has has earned the goodwill and Institutional support from the likes of AG associates the well-known structural design company, accounting companies like Nithin. J. Shetty and co. Mangalore.

The Udupi Nirmithi Kendra has enrichened its knowledge and kept abreast with latest developments and trends in the construction technology through the constant interactions and programs with its academic collaborators to name the Manipal Institute of Technology Manipal, Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology, Bantakal, Nitte Mahalinga Adyanthaya Memorial Institute of Technology, Nitte and Mudlakatte Institute of Technology, Kundapur.

The Udupi Nirmithi Kendra maintains a paperless office E-office for transparency. All documents including orders and project details are scanned, digitally indexed, catalogued and uploaded in the E-office which is accessible on line.

The accounts are annually audited by a Chartered Accountant. An Institutional checking as Third Party inspection of works and Measurement books etc of the Udupi Nirmithi Kendra for Transparency regarding the project and the expenditure occurred.

Udupi Nirmithi Kendra annually renews its Registration with the Registrar of Societies, Udupi District. All these-back up of resources have engineered the growth of the dynamic team of enthusiastic staff at Nirmithi Kendra headed by Shri Arun Kumar the Project director of Udupi Nirmithi Kendra.

The team comprises of project engineers Sachin Kumar,Divakar.P, Ganeshprasad, Vijay Kumar, supported by Junior Engineer’s Kishore Kumar, Sathyaprasad and thier team of work surpervisors Deenanath, Mukesh Kumar, Abhijith Kumar, the skills trainer and resource person Mahesh all these workforce is managed by Shishir Shetty, Chief accountant with his team of account assistants Raghavendra and Sukesh Kumar. Ably supported at the back end by the attender Pavan Kumar and driver Hanumanth Walikar.
